A. Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract under the following conditions.
A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activity.

2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the final item in your order.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal (Important)

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must first notify us by email with a clear written statement of your decision to withdraw.

Your email must include:

  • Order number

  • Full name used on the order

  • Reason for withdrawal

  • Clear photos of the product in its current condition

Do not return any items without prior email confirmation from us.
We will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that your withdrawal notice is sent before the 30-day period expires.

4. Consequences of Withdrawal

If your withdrawal request is approved, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a non-standard delivery method).

Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No refund fees will be charged.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received and inspected.

5. Return of Goods

Once approved, you must return the goods within 14 days of receiving our return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

You are responsible for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

6. Return Guidelines

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and clean

  • Original packaging and accessories should be included

  • Returns sent as cash on delivery or postage due will not be accepted

These guidelines are intended to facilitate processing and do not limit your statutory right of withdrawal.
